BodyStep- We're going back to basics!  BodyStep ... it's what Step used to be - a simple, motivating program designed to kick fitness enthusiasts' shape into high gear.  We are reintroducing area residents to the phenomenon that sparked Americans stepping across the country over a decade ago.  The class's initial popularity was due to its motivating music and energizing group setting.  These are even more prevalent in the NEW BodyStep.

No more complicated dance moves and lots more muscle offer you a simple, athletic workout.  BodyStep shapes and tones the entire lower body and pushes the fat burning system into high gear.  Participants can burn up to 575 calories per class.  BodyStep brings back the overwhelming appeal of the original Step Class.  The music and energy are addictive.  The group atmosphere is inspiring. It will get you back on step and right into shape.  Classes are available throughout the week.  


BodyCombat - What do you get when you combine lightening-fast strikes, mind-blowing music, highly trained instructors and high pitched screams?  BodyCombat   The world's first combative class combining safety, simplicity, self-defense techniques and all-out fun for the cardio combative workout you've been waiting for.    BodyCombat will help you fight fat, burn calories and kick cholesterol down a notch-fast.  Having trouble staying in shape?  Put up your hands and start defending yourself! Classes are available throughout the week. 

BodyPump - The fastest way in the universe to get in shape! BodyPump is the original barbell class.  Designed for all ages and fitness levels,  BodyPump delivers real results, real fast.  This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body.  With motivating music and awesome instructors, BodyPump strengthens, tones, and defines like nothing else can.  And quite simply, it's the fastest way in the universe to get in shape.  Classes are available throughout the week.

BodyFlow - A revolution in mind/body training that will change the way you feel about your body-forever.   You'll stand straighter, feel stronger, become more flexible and more physically aware.  Set to uplifting music, BodyFlow is designed to increase your endurance, reduce stress, and relieve pain.  So get your mind and body into the BodyFlowClasses are available throughout the week.

KickBoxing -  This class is geared for people with or without kickboxing experience.  It's a workout combining aerobics, cardiovascular and body toning while learning self-defense tactics.  You will improve strength, muscle tone and endurance while reducing body fat and stress levels.   Classes are available throughout the week.
