BOSU


BOSU is a fast, fun workout on the BOSU Balance Trainer.  The BOSU class is designed to train cardiovascular or aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility.  You’ll also be improving your balance, coordination, and body awareness.  The BOSU is safe and easy to use, regardless of your current fitness level.

Every three months, Les Mills releases fresh choreography and new music for all classes, so our Group Exercise Classes remain fun and exciting. Our pre-choreographed classes will challenge members from any fitness level and give the participants the maximum physical results with the most fun, while minimizing factors such as pain, boredom, complexity, and safety risk.  Our club uses certified instructors.  To become certified, instructors must complete the most comprehensive and thorough training in the world.  Fenton Fitness is proud to be the only club in the area to be licensed with Less Mills International.
