Many people like the motivation that comes from having their own private trainer on a regular basis.
Still others like to know why things work or don't work and seek advanced education on training trends and methods. If you are looking for a way to keep your workouts updated and fresh, or have very specific training goals, our club can accommodate you.
Our Certified Trainers can be scheduled for private appointments to design individual workouts that meet your specific needs and goals. Our trainers are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Individual training sessions are available and can be scheduled throughout the week. Sessions can be purchased individually or in a package.
Training Options
Train to Play
Train to Play is our sports enhancement program for athletes ages 14-17. It is designed to help the individual athlete improve his/her sports performance, and decrease the potential for injury. It can also be adapted for teens needing to get started on a fitness program.
The focus of our Train to Play program is on improving the body’s ability to move. Fundamentals of speed development, coordination, footwork, and balance are addressed. Strength training is properly introduced. Core stability explosive power, muscle endurance, and functional strength are all trained in detail.
Athletes train for twelve sessions with a trainer, over a four or six week period.
Small Group Training
Are you looking for some extra motivation during your workout? Small Group Training is a great way to get in shape and have some fun with friends or other members. People who work out with a partner are more consistent and have better results. Trainers utilize the most effective tools, including TRX suspension training, Core Pole , and functional movement skills for optimal results.
Utilizing a trainer on a regular basis will make the time you spend exercising more productive and enjoyable. Your program will produce greater carry over to better function in daily activities, and you will lessen the risk of injury.
